Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. No timely objections have been filed.
Accordingly, upon review of the record and the applicable law, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED THAT:
1) The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge
Blewitt.
2) Plaintiff’s Complaint (Doc. 1) is DISMISSED in its entirety with prejudice as
against all Defendants and with respect to all of Plaintiff’s claims.
3) Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 2) is
GRANTED solely for the purpose of filing this action.
4) The Clerk of Court shall CLOSE this case.
