Plaintiff ABT Systems, LLCs motion 67 to compel discovery is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART as follows: a. The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs motion 67 to c ompel as to ABT Interrogatory No. 4. Defendant is directed to fully respond to ABT Interrogatory No. 4 within thirty (30) days of this Order; b. In all other respects, the motion to compel is DENIED;2. Plaintiff ABT Systems, LLCs motions 70 & 76 to place documents under seal are GRANTED; 3. Plaintiff ABT Systems, LLCs unopposed motion 74 for an extension of time is DENIED AS MOOT; and 4.
