ORDER
AND NOW, this 19th day of July, 2017, upon consideration of the order of
judgment (Doc. 27) entered following a pretrial conference conducted on today’s
date, and the entry of said judgment concluding the above-captioned litigation, (see
id.), it is hereby ORDERED that:
1.

The jury trial presently scheduled to commence with jury selection at
9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 7, 2017 is CANCELLED.

2.

Any petition for attorneys’ fees and costs shall be filed within thirty
(30) days of the date of this order in accordance with Federal Rule of
Civil Procedure 54(d) and the Local Rules of this court.
