ORDER
AND NOW, this 15th day of March, 2021, upon consideration of the motion in
limine filed by defendants, wherein defendants seek to exclude the expert report
and testimony of Dr. Chris Rauwendaal, and the parties’ respective briefs in
support of and opposition to said motion, and for the reasons set forth in the
accompanying memorandum, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion in limine is
GRANTED to the extent that Dr. Rauwendaal’s opinions and testimony concerning
trade secret status of documents, pricing information related to Graham and US
Extruders bids, and the win-loss probability and lost profits associated with these
bids, will be excluded under Rule 702. The motion is otherwise DENIED.
