Plaintiffs motion to compel discovery (Doc. No. 37), is DENIED as moot; 2. Plaintiffs motion for leave to amend his motion to compel discovery (Doc. No. 42), is DENIED as moot; 3. Plaintiffs amended motion for leave to amend his motion to compel discovery (Doc. No. 44), is GRANTED; 4. Plaintiffs amended motion to compel dis covery (Doc. No. 46), is DENIED as moot; 5. Plaintiffs motion to compel discovery to Plaintiffs amended second set of interrogatories and production of documents (Doc.
