Defts' motion for summary judgment (Doc 328) is GRANTED as to Grievence Nos. 184544, 202113, 19 9098, and 202759, and the retaliation claim in Grievance No 201025; C. Pltf's only remaining claim is the Eighth Amendment claim in Grievance No. 201025, all other claims are DISMISSED. Pltf's objs to the R&R (Doc 337) are OVERRULED; All de fts, except for defts Oakes, Stever, Grove, and Means TERMINATED from this action.
