MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: (1) The defendants motion for summary judgment (Doc. 77) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.(2) Judgment shall be entered in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiff on the claims in Counts I-IV of the second amended complaint.(3) The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the claims in Counts V-VIII of the second amended complaint, and these claims are DISMISSED without prejudice.(4) The clerk of court is directed to mark this matter CLOSED.Signed by Honorable A.
