PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS TO FILE PLAINTIFF'S RESPONSE The Plaintiff, Joseph R. Reisinger (the "Plaintiff"), pro se, is filing this Motion and hereby respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant him an enlargement of time of twenty-four (24) hours, until Tuesday, October 26, 2010, within which to file his response to the Briefs filed by the City Defendants and the Cadle Defendants, in the above action, and in support hereof, avers the following: 1. On October 19, 2010, this Honorable Court granted the Plaintiff until

Monday, October 25, 2010, to file a response to the Briefs filed by the City Defendants and the Cadle Defendants, currently pending before this Court in regard to a Motion for Reconsideration previously filed by the Plaintiff.

As of 7:00 a.m. this morning the Plaintiff was advised by Becky

Manfre, his lead paralegal, that she is suffering from food poisoning, and will not be able to come into the office at all today to assist the Plaintiff in completing his responses, as set forth above. 3. As a consequence of Becky's medical illness, the Plaintiff is therefore

requesting a twenty-four hour (24) extension of time for the Plaintiff to comply with this Court's October 19, 2010 Order. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Honorable Court grant him an enlargement of time of twenty-four (24) hours, until Tuesday, October 26, 2010, within which to file his response to the Briefs filed by the City Defendants and the Cadle Defendants.
