MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that: 1. Mr. Forrest's In Forma pauperis status is revoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e0(20(A). 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall send to "Clerk, U.S. District Court, P. O. Box 1148, Scranton, PA 18501", a check or money order in the amount of $350.00 payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court." 3.
