ORDER
AND NOW, to wit, this 13th day of December 2013, it is hereby
ORDERED that:

The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in favor of the
Commissioner of Social Security and against Plaintiff Martin Merck,
as set forth in the following paragraph.
2.
The decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying
plaintiff’s disability insurance and supplemental security income
benefits is AFFIRMED and the plaintiff’s appeal is DENIED.
3.
The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case.
