Hill v. Thomas
MEMORANDUM (Order to follow as separate docket entry)Petitioner's claims of excessive force, deliberate indifference and violations of his right to privacy are not properly asserted in a fedeal habeas corpus petition. There is no viable claim s et forth by Hill that he was not provided with any of the Wolff procedural safeguards. Finally, Petitioner has failed to provide any facts which would establish that DHO's petition for writ of habeas corpus will be denied. An appropriate Order will enter.Signed by Honorable Richard P. Conaboy on 7/21/14. (cc)
