ORDER 1. The motion (Doc. 80) for leave to file an amended complaint is GRANTED. 2. Plaintiff is granted twenty (20) days from the date of this Order to file a proposed second amended complaint. Failure to timely file a proposedsecond amended complai nt will result in the dismissal of this action withoutfurther notice of Court. 3. The second amended complaint shall contain the same case number that is already assigned to this action, 3:13-cv-1808, and shall be direct, concise, ! and shall stand a lone without reference to any other document filed in this matter. See FED. R. CIV. P. 8(e). 4. Should Defendants file a dispositive motion in response to any second amended complaint, Plaintiff must file a brief in opposition to such motion. See M.D. Pa.
