ORDER (memorandum filed previously as separate docket entry) - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is STAYED until 5/31/2014 or further order of this court. By 3/31/2014, Hudak shall file a req for ext w/ Appeals Council and provide this court w proo f of same. Failure to comply will result in the case being dismissed. If Hudak files a request with the Appeals Council, Hudak shall file a status report re that request on July 1, 2014, and on the first working day of every other month thereafter (starting with Sept 1, 2014) until the Appeals Council rules on the request.
