School District, Thomas Kameroski, Margaret Billings-Jones, Western Wayne
School District, Andrew Falonk, and Patrick Sheehan pursuant to Federal Rule of
Civil Procedure 56, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum,
it is hereby ORDERED that:
