The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment IN FAVOR of the Defendant and AGAINST the Plaintiff on (1) Plaintiff's breach of contract claim (Count I) to the extent t hat it concerns the property located at 133 Y2 Morris Avenue, and (2) Plaintiff's bad faith claims (Count II).5. Atelephone scheduling conference will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. to schedule this case for trial.
