ORDER (memorandum filed previously as separate docket entry) adopting 180 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 167 , 168 - IT IS ORDERED THAT Defendants motions for summary judgment (Docs. 167-68) are GRANTED with respect to Defendants federal clai ms, and those claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs remaining state law claims. Plaintiffs state law claims are accordingly DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
