Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security as to Plaintiffs Social Security Disability Insur ance Benefits (DIB) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims under Title II and Title XVI; (2) The decision of the Acting Commissioner of Social Security denying Kelly J.
