ORDER adopting 26 Report and Recommendations, as modified. The Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 13) by Defts. Scanlon, Davis and Butkiewicz is GRANTED for the reasons set forth in the R&R. The Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 17) by Deft. Gomez is GRANTED for the reasons set forth in the R&R. All claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to all of the defendants. Plaintiff may file an amended complaint within 28 days. In the alternative, Plaintiff may file a letter within 28 days stating she wishes to proceed on the Amended Complaint she filed on 2/5/18 (Doc. 29).
