MEMORANDUM (Order to follow as separate docket entry)As relief, Festus sought his immediate release from ICE detention. Since a submitted copy (Doc. 6-1) of an executed warrant of removal clearly shows that Petitioner has been removed from the Unite d States and is no longer in ICE custody, under the principles set forth in Steffel, his instant petition is subject to dismissal as moot since it no longer presents an existing case or controversy.
