ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS for 3 Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. The "Motion to WIthdraw the Reference" filed by Defendants Yashoda Rao, MD and Syed Shah, MD (Doc. 1) is GRANTED. The reference of the a bove-captioned adversary proceeding to the bankruptcy court is WITHDRAWN. The Clerk of Court is directed to forward a copy of this Order to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Within 14 days of the date of thi s Order, counsel is directed to file all documents pertinent to the above-captioned adversary proceeding to the docket in this civil action. Within 21 days, parties shall submit a joint letter to the Court, listing all agreed upon case management deadlines as well as any deadlines upon which the parties have failed to agree.
