MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Plaintiff's Motion 22 for Conditional Certification is GRANTED. The parties shall adhere to the following deadlines: proposed Notice to the Collective Class Members shall be filed within 20 days of the date of this Order . If parties are unable to agree on a proposed notice, Plaintiff shall file a motion for approval of her proposed notice within 20 days of the deadline for the joint proposed notice and Defendants shall file a response to Plaintiff's proposed no tice within 20 days of service. All scheduling deadlines in the Court's March 30, 2009 Order 25 are vacated. The parties shall within 60 days file a joint stipulation proposing future scheduling deadlines.
