MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that 1)Dft's 22 MOTION to Dismiss or Strike (in part) the Amended Complaint is GRANTED. 2)Pltf's ADA and ADEA claims rising out of events that occured before 5/28/08 are DISMISSED with PREJUDICE as untimely. 3)Pltf's PHRA claims arising out of events that occurred before 9/21/08, are DISMISSED with PREJUDICE as untimely. 4)Pltf's requests for compensatory and punitive damages under the ADEA and punitive damages under the PHRA are STRICKEN.
