REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION - IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Defendants motions to dismiss (Docs. 29 and 32) be GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Defendants Gillman and Tyson, who have not yet been served, also be dismissed from this lawsuit since Hakeems amended complaint fails to state a claim against these Defendants upon which relief can be granted.
