MEMORANDUM AND ORDER :Respndent's motion to dismiss the petition as untiley is granted. Responsent's motion to continue briefing schedule pending motion to dismiss is dismissed as moot. The petition for writ of habeas corpus is dismissed as untimely under the statute of limitations. Petitioner's pending motion seeking immediate remedy for systematic, insidious obstruction of justice, motion for federal witness protection and emergency transfer and motion to amend are dismissed as moot.
