Carlson (ECF No. 104). The Defendants filed an Objection (ECF Nos. 105), and the Plaintiff filed a Response (ECF No. 106). The Court reviewed the Defendant’s objections under the applicable de novo standard. Because this Court agrees with Chief Magistrate Judge Carlson’s analysis and is unpersuaded by the Defendant’s objections, the Court will not rehash the sound reasoning of the magistrate judge and will adopt the report and recommendation in its entirety. 1 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1.
