MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF JUDGMENT: AND NOW, to wit, this 26th Day of September, 2012, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' renewed motion for summary judgment 75 shall be, and hereby is, GRANTED in part and DENIED in part as follows: 1. Said motion is DENIED insofar as it relates to Plaintiff's §1983 claim against Defendant Sally Loftus; and 2. Said motion is GRANTED insofar as it relates to Plaintiff's &# 167;1983 claims against the Iroquois School District. In accordance with the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that JUDGMENT shall be, and here by is, ENTERED in favor of the Iroquois School District and against Plaintiff Heather Hinterberger as to Counts II and VI of the Amended Complaint.
