AND NOW, this 8th day of July, 2015, after Plaintiff filed an action in the abovecaptioned case, and after a Report and Recommendation was filed by the United States
Magistrate Judge recommending that the case be dismissed as to Defendant Doctor Havewood
for failure to prosecute and giving the parties until June 22, 2015, to file written objections
thereto, and no objections having been filed,1 and upon independent review of the record, and
