MEMORANDUM ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motions for Order to Show Cause (ECF Nos. 3 , 9 ) are DENIED; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 6 ) is DENIED; and IT IS FU RTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to Withdraw Objections (ECF No. 8 ) is GRANTED; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Pesto's Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 4 ) is adopted as the Court's Opinion; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Complaint is DISMISSED without prejudice. Plaintiff may submit the appropriate filing fee within 30 days of the date of this Order. If Plaintiff fails to remit the filing fee the case will be dismissed with prejudice and closed, and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Order. Signed by Judge Stephanie L. Haines on 3/7/2025.
