OPINION AND ORDER OF COURT: AND NOW, this 16th day of November, 2009, it is Ordered that Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 13 ) is DENIED. Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 11 ) is GRANTED and this case is reversed and remanded to the Commissioner with direction to grant benefits with recognition that plaintiff was disabled on or before November 18,2007.
