PESTOK; Plaintiff's Motion is DENIED ins ofar as it seeks an award of benefits, but GRANTED insofar as it seeks a vacation of the Commissioner's administrative decision, and a remand for further administrative proceedings; Pursuant to the authority vested in this Court by the fourth sentence of § 405(g), the decision of the Commissioner is hereby vacated, and the case is remanded to him for further administrative proceedings consistent with this opinion.
