ORDER adopting 58 Proposed Consent Order as stated; With the exception of any discovery disputes, all matters relating to the instant consolidated litigation, including any application for attorneys' fees, shall be submitted to binding arbitra tion before Maria Danaher, Esquire; Plaintiffs and Defendants shall each pay one-half of all arbitrator's fees; Any discovery disputes shall be resolved by the District Court; Parties shall have until 7/31/2011 to complete all discovery; Binding arbitration of the instant consolidated litigation shall be conducted no later than 10/15/2011; In light of the parties' consent to binding arbitration in this matter, the Clerk shall mark this case ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED.
