MEMORANDUM and ORDER granting 20 Motion for Conditional Class Certification; The following class is conditionally certified pursuant to Section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b): "All Assistant B ranch Managers employed at Citizens Bank retail branches during any workweek since March 10, 2007 who were paid a salary and classified by Defendants as exempt from the FLSA's overtime pay mandates."; Within twenty (20) days of the entry of this order, defendants shall produce a list containing the full names and last known address of all persons falling within the above class definition and the parties shall submit to the court the content of the proposed notice to be sent to the potential plaintiffs.
