The Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 14) filed on March 1, 2011, recommended that the Petition for Writ ofHabeas Corpus be denied. Petitioner was served with the Report and Recommendation and was advised he was allowed fourteen (14) days to file written objections to the Report and Recommendation. No objections have been filed. After de novo review of the pleadings and documents in the case, together with the Report and Recommendation, the following order is entered: T AND NOW, this _ _ day of IS ,~ u-- 2011; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is DENIED.
