MEMORANDUM and ORDER granting in part and denying in part 24 Emergency MOTION for Contempt of the 3/16/2011 Order of Court; Gary L. Reinert, Sr. must return to the Receiver all property removed from the offices of Metal Foundations, LLC at any time prior to 4/25/2011 no later than two (2) business days after the entry of this order on the court's docket; All employees, officers, or directors of Metal Foundations, LLC that are currently in possession of vehicles owned by Metal Foundations, LLC shall deliver said vehicle to the Receiver no later than two (2) business days after the entry of this order on the court's docket; Gary L. Reinert, Sr. and Fred McMillen shall appear, separately, for a deposition taken upon oral examinatio n at the offices of Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl at a mutually convenient date and time, but in no event later than five (5) business days after entry of this order on the court's docket; Gary L. Reinert, Sr. and Fred McMillen are prohibited from entering the offices of Metal Foundations, LLC without the prior consent of the Receiver; 25 Emergency Motion to Impose Guidelines and Restrictions upon the Receiver is denied.
