ORDER directing plaintiff to electronically file unredacted versions of 72 Brief in Support of Motion, 73 Concise Statement of Material Facts and 74 Appendix due to its failure to adhere to the directive entered at 2:05-mc-00045, In re: Con fidentiality and Protective Orders in Civil Matters, and to Section 8 of the Court's Electronic Case Filing Policies and Procedures (See also, 2:05-mc-00186, Standing Order 13-1, amending Section 8 of said Policies, effective 3/1/2013), and to p aragraph 13 of 54 ORDER entering 53 Stipulated Protective Order, stating that leave of court is required prior to filing confidential discovery information under seal; Said filings shall be made on or before 3/7/2013; Given that defendants has been in possession of the unredacted versions of these documents since 2/4/2013, no other deadlines currently scheduled in this matter shall be affected by this order. Said Given that Taza 21 has been in possession of the unredacted versions of these documents since February 4, 2013, no other deadlines currently scheduled in this matter shall be affected by this order.
