MEMORANDUM ORDER denying 1 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. It is further Ordered that Plaintiff shall, within 60 days of the date of this order, pay the entire filing fee for this civil action. Failure to pay the entire fee within this period of time will result in dismissal of this case. It is further Ordered that the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation of 4/26/2011 (Doc. 2 ), is adopted as the opinion of this Court on this matter, and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Order.
