IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint filed on behalf of Defendant Mercer County, Pennsylvania (ECF No. 58) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss the Amended Complaint filed on behalf of Defendant Superior Ambulance Service (ECF No. 63) is DENIED.
