IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff pay the entire filing fee by March 15, 2013. Failure to pay the entire filing fee by this date will result in in the Court, without further warning, entering an order dismissing the case \vith prejudice for failure to prosecute. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 4(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, if any party wishes to appeal from this Order a notice of appeal, as provided in Fed. R.
