Defendants, that Plaintiff may amend her Complaint to include claims under the Pennsylvania
Human Relations Act ("PHRA"). See Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint attached hereto as
"Exhibit A." Both parties reserve their rights regarding these and the existing claims.
