ORDER
AND NOW, this 14th day of May, 2015, after the Plaintiff Jeremiah Cromerdie
filed an action in the above-captioned case, and after a Report and Recommendation was filed by
the United States Magistrate Judge recommending that this case be dismissed for failure to
prosecute and granting the Plaintiff until May 7, 2015, to file written objections thereto, no
objections having been filed by Plaintiff, and upon independent review of the record, and upon
consideration of the Magistrate Judge=s Report and Recommendation [4], which is adopted as the
opinion of this Court,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed for Plaintiff’s failure to
prosecute for the reasons stated in the Report and Recommendation and Plaintiff’s Motion to
Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Document No. [3]) is therefore terminated as moot;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, pursuant to Rule 4(a)(1) of the Federal Rules
of Appellate Procedure, if any party wishes to appeal from this Order a notice of appeal, as
