OPINION AND ORDER: As set forth herein, Plaintiff's 58 Motion for Attorney Fees and Punitive Damages is GRANTED IS PART AND DENIED IN PART as follows: Plaintiff is awarded attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $50,994.16 to be paid by Defendants Sheridan Broadcasting Networks, Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation, Ronald Davenport, Jr. and Ronald Davenport, Sr., this amount to be paid within seven (7) days of the date of this Order; and, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Punitive Damages is denied.
