MEMORANDUM OPINION: For the reasons set forth herein, the Petition, ECF No. 1 , will be DENIED. A certificate of appealability as to the portion of Ground One asserting that trial counsel was ineffective for failing to investigate Petitioner's alibi defense will be GRANTED.
