T h e undersigned Assistant United States Attorney hereby applies to the Court f o r the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus ad prosequendum, and avers: 1 . Name of Detainee: H i s p a n i c , Male. Nelson Negrin, 08-0001587, Year of Birth: 1972, 1973,

2. Detained by: Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, 7000 N.W. 41 S t r e e t , Miami, Fl 33166. 3 . Detainee is charged in this district by Complaint, charging detainee with v i o l a t i n g Title 18, United States Code, Sections 371, 1029(a)(2) and (2), and 1 0 2 8 A ( a ) ( 1 ) and (2). 4 . Detainee is presently confined in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional C e n t e r , Miami, Florida, serving a sentence on a state charge. 5 . The above case is set for initial appearance at Pittsburgh, PA on December 3 , 2008, at 9:30 am, and it shall therefore be necessary for detainee to be present i n Court at that time and to remain in federal custody until the completion of trial o n federal charges. 6 . The Warden of the Jail, Miami, Florida has no objection to the granting of t h i s petition.

granted and the above-named custodian, as well as the this district, are hereby ORDERED to produce the named at the time recited above, and to hold the detainee in completion of trial on federal charges.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that when detainee's presence shall no longer be necessary for t h e above-referenced case, said detainee shall be returned to the above-named custodian.
