MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF COURT - it is hereby Ordered that the Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Document No. 10 ) is DENIED insofar as it seeks an award of benefits but GRANTED insofar as it seeks a vacation of the Defendant' ;s administrative decision, and a remand for further administrative proceedings, and that the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Document No. 12 ) is DENIED. The decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is hereby VACATED, and the case is remanded to him for further proceedings consistent with the foregoing memorandum opinion, and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Opinion and Order of Court.
