Pesto for pretrial proceedings in accordance with the Magistrates Act, 28 U.S.C.§ 636(b) (1), and subsections 3 and 4 of Local Rule 72.1 for Magistrate Judges. The Magistrate Judge filed a Report and Recommendation on November 29, judgment be 2010, docket no. to defendant 26, recommending that summary of Uniontown on that granted City defendant's motion, docket no. 18. Report and Recommendation on The Magistrate Judge filed a 41 March 2011 1 docket no. 37 1 recommending that the motion to dismiss by defendant Fayette County Drug Task Force, docket no. 34, be granted. The parties were notified pursuant to 28 U.S.C.§ 636(b) (l}1 that they had fourteen days to file written objections to the Report and Recommendation. Plaintiff filed 3~1 timely which objections, docket no. 32, docket no. 33, and docket no. I have reviewed but rej ect . the standards for Plaintiff does not distinguish municipal liability and individual between liability.
