MEMORANDUM ORDER - it is Ordered that the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, Docket No. 23 , is granted, and judgment is entered in favor of the two moving defendants. The Report and Recommendation at Docket No. 33 is adopted as the op inion of the Court. Screening the amended complaint under 18 U.S.C. Section 1915A, the balance of the amended complaint is dismissed without leave to amend for failure to state a claim.
