MEMORANDUM ORDER - IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Objections filed by Defendant Barnes (ECF No. 308 ) are OVERRULED as they are without merit; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation of the Chief Magistrate Judge, dated 8/31/2020, (E CF No. 307 ) is ADOPTED as the Opinion of the Court; AND IT IS ORDERED that Defendants shall file a responsive pleading within 14 days after notice of the Order pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(a)(4) (A).
