The supersedeas bond f i l e d previously on October 10, 2007, Docket Document No. 204, was i s s u e d by the bonding company for a previous appeal only and, by its t e r m s , is not extendable to the present appeal. That part of the m o t i o n requesting injunctive and corrective relief is also DENIED. T h e Motion for a finding of contempt, Docket Document No. 227, is G R A N T E D as follows: The Defendants will show cause on November 13, 2 0 0 8 , at 2:00 P.M., as to why they should not be incarcerated for c i vi l contempt for failure to reinstate Plaintiffs as previously o r d e r e d by this court. Defendants must be present at the hearing and t h e court expects to make a bench ruling on the issue of contempt with i m m e d i a t e incarceration if the finding is adverse to Defendants.
