OPINION AND ORDER - GRANTING Plaintiff's 2 Motion for Preliminary Injunction; DENYING Plaintiff's: 12 Motion requesting Permanent Injunction, 24 Emergency Motion Requesting Order Granting Permanent Injunction, 25 Motion for Hearing, and 26 Motion for Default Entry as to Angel J. Martinez-Valentin. Defendant is ORDERED to surrender the Station and its equipment to Plaintiff and to comply with post-termination covenants of the Agreements between the parties.
