Plaintiffs Western Reserve Life Assurance Co. of Ohio (“WRL”) and Transamerica Life
Insurance Company (together “Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Estate Planning Resources, Inc.,
Joseph Caramadre, Raymour Radhakrishnan, Harrison Condit, Estela Rodrigues, ADM
Associates, LLC (together the “Stipulating Defendants”) hereby agree that the Stipulating
